I’m a Hudson-certified Executive Coach and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator. My coaching practice includes coaching 1:1 with CxOs and facilitating complex system-wide leadership and DEI training programs, as well as Executive offsites. My career trajectory has given me the opportunity to work with both large global organizations as well as early stage startups, spanning multiple industries. I’m Lead Faculty of Evolution’s ICF ACSTH certified Coach Training Program.

I’ve had two previous career iterations that set the foundation for my coaching practice. I founded and exited an Executive Tech & Product recruiting agency focused on startups. Before recruiting, I was a hands-on technologist, having started my career at Accenture (Andersen Consulting), then moving on to become the CIO/CTO for TBWA Chiat/Day Inc. Advertising (an Omnicom company), and finally leading all non-legacy engineering efforts at DirecTV. I’ve held full P&L responsibility and managed multi-million dollar initiatives, as well as scaling up and leading large teams. I have a B.S., Mathematics from UCSB.

My superpower is working with Leaders by using creativity (intuition) + structure and frameworks (logic) to realize purpose, objectives, potential and vision. I put this superpower to use in both 1:1 coaching, as well as when facilitating large scale leadership and DEI programs, always blending organizational best practices with depth. Some of my clients include Glassdoor, System1, Califia Farms, Headspace, GumGum, Liquid, Kona, Radiology Partners, Signal Sciences, Planned Parenthood and Techstars.

I’ve had for-profit and non-profit board experience, and currently sit on the Board of Women Founders Network. I'm an Advisor and Investor to several startups, as well as being an Allstar Mentor for Techstars (less than 1% of over 10,000 global mentors are honored with this recognition), Backstage Capital, Scalehealth and Grid110.
