Dr. Jennifer Felsted-Knight helps scientists build exciting careers by rekindling their love of science. She integrates her deep knowledge of neuroscience, psychology, and health to help her clients shape the habits and mindsets that lead to the success they crave. Jennifer’s balanced focus on self-reflection, evidence-based wellness strategies, and bold action steps reignites the passion and focus needed to reach the next level.

Jennifer spent 17 years working in research. For over a decade Jennifer’s research focus was at the intersection of neuroscience and nutrition. Recently, Jennifer worked in digital health innovation where she led a data science team evaluating the quality and safety of artificial intelligence-based solutions in healthcare. Jennifer has co-authored 15 articles in leading scientific journals, including The Journal of Neuroscience and Neuron, and presented her work at national and international conferences.

Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition, with a concentration in Neuroscience, from Tufts University. She holds a B.S. in Psychology, as well as Physiology and Neurobiology, from the University of Connecticut. She currently serves on the Tufts University Friedman School Alumni Association’s Executive Council and Mentoring Committee. Jennifer received professional coach training at the Co-Active Training Institute.

Jennifer is currently the CEO & Founder at Redwood Creek Coaching where she is on a mission to change the way scientists experience work. Her passion is helping women scientists rediscover joy in their work and create careers they love
