Jerome is a Fellow with the Institute of Coaching and he holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential through The International Coach Federation.  Jerome partners with Executives and high potential leaders within Global Fortune 500 and Canadian Fortune 100 companies, having accumulated over 4000 hours of Executive Coaching experience.

In his work with Leaders in various industries, Jerome brings both the Art and Science of Coaching into his approach, enabling leaders to strongly reconnect to their capabilities, strengths, values, needs and passion. He builds coaching relationships that support positive behavioural change and enable greater capability in organizations.  Jerome values the latest research and scientific contributions of the IOC, continuously shaping the work he delivers with his clients.

He has been certified in and has extensive experience in the delivery of a variety of assessments for individuals and teams. By utilizing valid psychometric assessments, Jerome has experienced their impact on identifying and leveraging strengths, identifying needs and development gaps, and aligning interests and organizational focus to success for the individual and the organization.
