Having lived and worked in Hong Kong and operated in the United States, Middle East and Europe, Jill has broad first  hand experience of working internationally in complex multi-site matrix businesses.  She has led cross-functional and cultural teams as HR Director within organisations such as law firm Mayer Brown, leading international construction firm , Davis Langdon and property company Capital and Counties PLC.

Jill brings a great energy and insight into her coaching and is able to challenge and drive real business transformation.  She has unique experience of building successful people strategy and has enabled countless leaders to build confidence and create a following over the years.  Frequently regarded as game-changing, her coaching has high impact.
