When executives, managers, and up-and-coming talent don’t have enough time to do everything they want or need to do, they can feel overwhelmed. That sense of not accomplishing enough “real work” everyday can lead to reactive leaders not spending their time in the most productive or creative ways.

As an accomplished leader, mentor and coach I combine over 45 years of leadership and management experience with 22 years as an in house coach in large corporations. Drawing on that experience helps leaders realize the vision they had when they wrote their annual business plan. It is especially valuable to help emerging leaders get back on solid ground after being thrown in the deep end of the new assignment pool.
