Dr. Hudson Garrett is the President and CEO of Intuitive Coaching, LLC based in Atlanta, Georgia. While the practice of infectious diseases and patient safety is his primary career, his true passion is in developing people and teams! He has over 17 years of professional experience working as a Director, Senior Director, Vice President, and most recently Global Chief Clinical Officer for both private and publicly held global organizations. He is a member of the prestigious Forbes Coaches Council. He has managed teams of up to 125 associates and budgets ranging from $5M-$20M. He is a Mindvalley Certified Business Coach, Mindvalley Certified Holobody Coach, an Evercoach Certified Life Coach, a Fellow in the American Academy of Project Management, and a Senior Fellow of the Management and Strategy Institute. In 2019, he was inducted as a Distinguished Fellow and Practitioner in the National Academies of Practices. Dr. Garrett was recently selected as 1 of 20 healthcare leaders globally to participate in the 2021 13-month Global Patient Safety Fellowship with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. He holds graduate certificates in healthcare leadership from Yale University, George Washington University, Cornell, and the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Garrett is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, an Affiliate of Harvard Medical School. 

He is an appointed member of the advisory committee for the Design Thinking in Healthcare Program at Rutgers University. He is a frequent international lecturer. He is a Certified John Maxwell Team Executive Director, Coach, Mentor, and Speaker. He holds multiple Coaching Certifications from The Transformation Academy including Emotional Intelligence, Transformation Life Coach, Mindfulness, Relationship Workshop, Law of Attraction, Positive Psychology Business Coach, Happiness Coach, Life Purpose, Employee Performance, Professional Life Coaching, Goal Success Coaching, NLP, and Health and Nutrition Coaching. He is a Certified DE&I Trainer with Empowered Living. He holds the prestigious Certified Professional in Training Management award from  the Training Industry. He holds over 30 industry certifications from the Management and Strategy Institute. He is a proud member of the International Coaching Federation, the Certified Coaches Federation, and the Academy of Professional Coaches and is a Certified Habits  Coach. He is a Certified TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer with the United States Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. interest in medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices sectors. He has mentored over 250 professionals in the healthcare industry over the years. He has started three businesses and also started his own nonprofit. Dr. Garrett is a full member of the Certified Coaches Federation and the International Coaching Federation.
