Joseph is a management consultant, a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec and the International Coaching Federation, a fellow of the McLean institute of coaching, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, and a certified executive coach and project management professional.

He is an accomplished, widely experienced Senior Leader with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering long-term strategic plans, strategies and operational frameworks that ensure enhanced service delivery, performance, and long-term client satisfaction. 

An expert with broad and deep experience in project governance, Joseph has provided effective preparation and execution of multiple major projects. He has a reputation for building high-performing teams that excel both functionally and cross-functionally in fast-paced and demanding environments.

In the public sector, Joseph has served in various roles at the Senate of Canada, the House of Commons, Transport Canada, the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, and the Privy Council Office.

Joseph has extensive private sector experience in entrepreneurship, strategic communications and professional advisory services.

He studied social sciences and business administration at the University of Quebec en Outaouais, where he was awarded the 2022 Great Graduate - Career Stream Award for his professional accomplishments.
