Prior to her work as a coach and facilitator, Kath was a partner of Wisewoulds Lawyers and an in-house lawyer and manager at WorkSafe Victoria.

Kath is a qualified psychologist and holds a Masters of Educational Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Educational Psychology, Bachelors of Law (Hons) and Bachelor of Science.
