Kathleen is the founder of Grace Consulting Services, a professional services firm specializing in leadership assessment, executive coaching, and strategic succession planning.  She has identified and developed leadership talent for the financial, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, technology and professional services sectors in North America and Europe.  Kathleen divides her time between working with senior leaders and leadership teams to maximize their leadership potential and with  organizations to ensure they have the capacity to attract, retain and develop diverse, agile, and purpose-driven leaders to execute today and power future growth. Kathleen Grace holds Master’s in Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph and an Honors B.A. in Psychology from Queen’s University  and is an internationally certified Systemic Team Coaching Master Practitioner.
