Kathy helps hardworking professionals, who feel stuck, reclaim control over their careers — reigniting their enthusiasm and restoring their energy for work they love. Her clients find that their inspiring ideas and valuable contributions are falling on deaf ears — killing their morale, leaving them exhausted and deflated. They recognize this is an unhealthy precedent and they’re anxious to regain their original purpose and enthusiasm. Through coaching, they get to voice their ideas and frustrations in a safe and confidential space. Moreover, they learn simple effective ways to re-energize themselves, leave old habits behind and rediscover their creative edge.

Prior to founding her own coaching practice in 2015, Kathy spent over 30 years in banking and money management, in both external and internal client-facing roles. As a director and principal, she was responsible for hiring, training, managing, and retaining employees. She earned her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) a credential approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a Master Certified Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index (ELI), an assessment that shows you where your energy goes. The ELI was life-changing for Kathy, and she delights in introducing others to it. She is a proud member of eWomen Network, founded by Sandra Yancey; the International Coach Federation (ICF); the Institute of Coaching (IOC); SHRM and Toastmasters International.
