Katie Lindahl Smith is founder of the coaching practice Careerable where she coaches individuals on leadership and career development and consults with organizations on talent development and engagement strategy. Her client work has included 350+ individuals and 25+ corporate clients including Salesforce, Dollar Shave Club, and IU Health. She also serves as resident career coach of the Indiana based business entrepreneurship program called the Governor Bob Orr Fellowship, is a featured coach for the women's career site Career Contessa, and is Programming Advisor for EDGE Mentoring.
Katie is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coach, has her CPC through iPEC and the ICF and is a member of the Association of Coaching. She is certified in 7 Habits for Highly Effective Individuals, Fierce Conversations Leadership Training, the Birkman Personality Method and is a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index through iPEC.
Prior to Careerable, Katie served in global talent management, employee relations, and college recruiting roles for Salesforce and ExactTarget and served as Board President of the adult literacy nonprofit Indy Reads.
