Keaston is a professional life and work coach specializing in positive public sector leadership and organizational development. He is a graduate of the Professional Coaching for Life and Work Certificate Program at the University of California, Davis – an International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP); and, he is an active member of the International Coach Federation, the Institute of Coaching at McLean/Harvard Medical School, and the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA). Additionally, he is an alum of the Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executive Fellows (SEF) Program; and, he is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) at the University of Pennsylvania where his research interests lie at the nexus of positive psychology coaching, public service motivation, and institutional-occupational theory.
