As a certified executive and leadership development coach, Kim Meninger specializes in helping women in traditionally male-dominated fields to become more confident, visible and influential leaders. In addition to offering individual and group coaching, Kim speaks regularly to corporate audiences, including Dell, Oracle, Salesforce and many others.

Prior to coaching, Kim spent over 10 years in the high-tech industry where she experienced first-hand the unique challenges and opportunities facing women in the workplace. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and is committed to helping women, as well as others in traditionally marginalized groups, to rise to greater levels of leadership.

Kim has a BA in psychology and MBA from Boston College. She also has a certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. Kim is an ICF ACC and CCE Board Certified Coach with certifications in career, executive and leadership development coaching. She serves on the leadership teams of several professional women's groups including roles as Chair of Alumnae Initiatives for the Council for Women of Boston College, President of the Women Accelerators Lowell Chapter and Chair of Membership for Women in Technology Int'l (WITI) Boston. She is also an active member of WEST (Women in the Enterprise of Science & Technology) and Ellevate.
