Kirstan works with leaders across sectors and industries on the most effective and authentic ways to communicate with their teams and wider organization, especially during times of intense change. She coaches senior leaders on their toughest challenges, helping them recognize and access their strengths and those of others to create high performance.

She is lead faculty on a number of leadership development programs. Currently, Kirstan is running leadership development programs for women executives as part of her drive to develop senior women leaders. She is a faculty member, coach and speaker for McKinsey’s Centered Leadership program.

Specialties:Kirstan specializes in (and is passionate about) compelling storytelling as a strategic communication device. She is a qualified executive coach (Meyler Campbell/Institute of Coaching/WABC - Worldwide Association of Business Coaches). She speaks French, Italian, and some German and Mandarin.
