Over my 30-year career, I’ve worked in a wide variety of roles within the oral health industry, so I understand the demands and mindset of clinicians and leaders at all levels within an organization.

Kristine A. Berry (Hodsdon) has worked clinically as a dental assistant and registered dental hygiene, in sales and compliance implementation, as an education manager in the US and Canada, independent business consultant and trainer, DSO operations executive and international writer and speaker.  

She is a former 2-term New Hampshire Dental Board member and was the first, RDH eVillage Editorial Director, a position she held for ten years. During her tenure subscribers grew from  0-60,000. Kristine has held leadership positions in the ADHA and has presented at major conferences such as CMW, GNY, YDC, ADHA, IFDH, Under One Roof, AACD and Dentsply Sirona World.

She is the author of the collaborative work entitled, Demystifying Smiles: Strategies for the Dental Team, wrote a chapter in the textbook, Mosby’s Dental Hygiene: Concepts, Cases, and Competencies, 2nd Edition as well as a myriad of articles, CE programs, and blogs.

Kristine has a master’s degree in Executive Coaching and earned the designation of a Wellcoaches® Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Lifestyle Medicine Coach Certificate.  Her rigorous and continual commitment to evidence-based coaching theories and practical frameworks, and the psycho-mechanics of coaching and lifestyle medicine principles informs all aspects of her professional and personal domains.
