Laura is an entrepreneur, public speaker and executive coach. As CEO of WorkLife Consulting, LLC, her intense determination is focused on guiding individuals, teams and organizations to impart purpose, and direction in addressing the challenges of the 21st Century. Her impactful presentation style and communication skills were developed early by observing and working with her father who was the voice of NBC Nightly News for thirty years in New York City.

Laura’s experience in a variety of industries including health care, marketing, educational enrichment and customer service creates a multifaceted perspective that gives her a unique ability to facilitate diverse populations in both large and small teams. She has an established reputation for providing out of the box, creative and inventive solutions to everyday struggles. Laura and her team have created customized performance management programs, and provided executive coaching and team facilitation for both profit and non-profit clients such as Abbott Nutrition, Cardinal Health, IBM, United Technologies, Medical Mutual, Prudential Insurance, NetJets, The Limited, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Nationwide Insurance, Wendy's, Sony Music and The Ohio State University Department of Continuing Education, just to name a few. Laura is a certified consultant in the use of the Birkman and the Integrated WorkLife Method, providing a comprehensive methodology for human understanding and organizational performance. She donates her time as an avid supporter of organizations promoting women’s empowerment. She frequently appears at conferences for WELD, Dress for Success and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). In addition, Laura is past President of the Ohio Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), the 2019 Midwest Regional Chair and has served on the Global Board of Directors.
