Laura has been immersed in the “people” part of business her entire career holding talent leadership positions in corporate settings, production, distribution, national professional services firms, technology start-ups and not-for-profit organizations.  These various roles have afforded her a very transparent view into organizational dynamics spanning many organizations and industries.

She is energized by the extensive amount of research about human behavior that continues to emerge and the opportunity to leverage this research to help her clients create positive change. 

Laura has an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Northern Illinois University.  She is a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Certified Coach and has done advanced training in adult development, behavioral change, (Kegan and Lahey Immunity to Change process), neuroscience, and human performance improvement methodologies.   She is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and is certified to administer and coach the Hogan Leadership Assessment Suite and The Leadership Circle Profile and Culture Assessment.   

When she is not working or spending time with her husband and two teenage boys, she enjoys attending music events, reading, and practicing yoga and Pilates.
