Lee is a Diversity Equity & Inclusion Trainer, with a special emphasis on social justice. He brings 33 years of experience helping to build awareness around cultural competence.  During the last 14 years, Lee served as the primary facilitator of institutional programs and initiatives related to the diversity of psychological types using the MBTI and Temperament assessments; experiential classes related to spirituality in healthcare with an experiential spiritual journey; Lesbian, Gay, and Bisexual Transgender Diversity and Inclusion course with experiential activities to create thought-provoking “AHA moments. In addition, he made an institutional Professionalism at Work program; Unconscious Bias for selections teams with an experiential component, Valuing Cultural Competence for Nursing Rising Stars and Valuing Individual Differences for Graduate Nurses.  As an internationally known Coach, workshop facilitator and Professional Speaker, he has developed, and delivered workshops and discussions nationally and internationally. His work includes cultural competence programs for adults and children.  

 

In 1992, he launched a business and directed all aspects of maximizing human potential.  In 1998, he became a Certified MBTI facilitator and obtained his MBTI Master Practitioner Certification in 2013; he used insights into human nature to promote the value of “The Diversity of Psychological Type” among other health care programs; delivered professional health education curricula to technical schools and community health organizations, improved interpersonal relationships and enhanced overall client operations. Lee has partnered with Fortune 100 HR clients to determine organizational needs and deliver customized classes which build cultural competence best practices.
