My passion is coaching and mentoring organizations and leaders from a heart-centered focus on their life and careers.  Combining my unique skill set as an entrepreneur and energy healer I strive to uncover the passion in people that will drive change within themselves and their organizations.

I am a Reiki Master, an Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner, NLP Master Coach, Master Practitioner, and Trainer.  In addition, I am a Time Line Therapy Master Practitioner.

I am the author of 4 books, three of which are in the self-help/spirituality/energy healing genre.

I have 37 years’ experience as a consultant/coach in the IT industry.  Experience includes working with organizations in reengineering and/or developing new business processes and leading organizational change.  I am an experienced project manager, software developer, and process engineer.  I have a BS in Project Management, an MBA in Technology Management, and a Doctorate in Organizational Management/Information Systems and Technology.
