Originally a Marketing enthusiast, throughout my career, I have delved into Human Resources management and Employer Branding, whilst still retaining my Marketing responsibilities. I am an effective communicator, and am driven to develop people and instill confidence in others, in order to help them deliver the best results. The latter has injected a new passion for Coaching. I am currently undertaking training in coaching, with the objective to specialise in business coaching.
