Linda Roszak Burton, ACC, BBC, BS, Founder and President of DRW & Associates, a leadership development, executive coaching, and organization design firm. DRW supports the development of positive cultures, positive leaders, and engaged employees so clients can further their mission-driven and values-based services. 

 

Linda combines the latest research in positive psychology, gratitude, and neuroscience in the delivery of executive and team coaching services. She supports various research initiatives as it relates to employee engagement and building a positive work environment. In 2019 she completed a Gratitude Intervention Study resulting in statistically significant improvements in employee engagement and meaningfulness of work. Currently, she is conducting research with Central Queensland University in Queensland, AUS, and Angelia Ruskin University in Cambridge, ENG on gratitude interventions to support nurse resilience and stress management. Linda writes a feature series on gratitude for the Wharton Healthcare Quarterly. During the pandemic, she served as an advisor to the Office of Wellbeing, Nursing Steering Committee, at a major medical center as a gratitude subject matter expert.

Linda is a credentialed executive coach through the ICF, a certified Brain-Based Coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute, a licensed Positive Psychology Instructor, and a proud Affiliate Member, IOC, at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School affiliate. She holds a B.S in Health Education from Virginia Tech and has completed coursework pursuing an M.S. in Conflict Management at the University of Baltimore. Linda is a frequent keynote speaker and blogger on gratitude and the author of Gratitude Heals - A Journal for Inspiration and Guidance.
