Lisa DeConto, PCC is a Professional Certified Coach, trained through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited training program. Lisa works with clients at various career stages, from C-suite leaders to high-potentials preparing for promotion — senior and aspiring financial services leaders in asset & wealth management, capital markets, banking, private markets, and securities law. She has 25+ years of financial services experience, including a long, successful track record in executive recruiting.

Having started her career as a FINRA-licensed research sales/trading professional, Lisa’s deep knowledge of the financial services business creates strong context and quick credibility in her coaching practice. Clients appreciate her direct coaching style, keen listening skills, and proven ability to enable practical, positive change. Lisa is also a Core Guide for the CHIEF organization, facilitating leadership groups for executive women, and a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard. A graduate of St. Lawrence University, she is a SHRM-CP and is certified in several psychometric assessments including Hogan, WAVE, EQ-i 2.0 and 360, and Rocket Model Teams.
