Lizzie Alberga is a coach, writer, and the CEO and Founder of Collective Gain, a personal development company that supplies coaching to professionals for transformational growth. Collective Gain supports hundreds of people each year in becoming more effective leaders and happier, more fulfilled people through their heart-centered and highly confidential approach to coaching.  Lizzie has been featured a featured speaker at Salesforce, Mattel, LMU and other development events. She also has designed and facilitated workshops for companies like Facebook, Lyft, Women in Retail, CoolHaus, and many others across the United States to support team bonding and collaboration. Lizzie is certified in Leadership Coaching Strategies from Harvard University, Vertical Adult Development from Veda Institute, and has over 250 hours of private coaching experience. Previously, Lizzie was a marketing executive at dot-coms in the LA area. She has three kids, a dedicated partner, and enjoys animals, horseback riding and tending to her wild land in the Sandhills of North Carolina.
