Lori Sone-Cooper is an experienced Executive / Leadership Coach, a Human Resources Executive and Trusted Advisor. She is passionate about working with progressive leadership teams and supporting their HR, People and Culture strategies. Lori has built an exemplary record of trusted relationships at all levels of organizations. In addition to working with  leadership teams, she coaches and works with individuals in the attainment of their goals. 

For over twenty years, Lori has been coaching leaders and high-potential talent. Her coaching is grounded in authenticity and is based on her client’s agenda for growth and development. She has worked with executives, leaders (with or without title) and other professionals seeking greater career fulfillment and achievement. Lori completed her Advanced Coaching Training through the Coaches Training Institute and is presently pursuing graduate studies in Executive Coaching.
