I am an executive coach PCC certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and I have over 30 years of professional experience in large multinational corporations.

My enthusiasm and passion for human development and working with people triggered my decision to dedicate myself to leadership development and coaching. In over 11 years, I have coached more than 300 leaders in almost 10 countries in different industries such as automotive, manufacturing, IT, technology, pharmaceutical, consumer products, banking and financial institutions. 

It is my passion to work with clients to support them on their way to a more humane future; where people and results grow together, where they reach goals with more  satisfied human beings; satisfied with his work and his own self, with well-being and in- depth knowledge of who they are and where they want to go. Where "being" and "doing" are integrated to the benefit of all members of the organizations.

I have extensive business experience in both the corporate world. I spent the first part of my career (almost 25 years) working for 4 of the 500 Fortune Corporations: Frito Lay, Kodak, Motorola and Xerox. My knowledge of commercial and marketing areas led me to design and implement differentiated strategies that achieved organizational objectives while promoting teamwork. This experience is relevant in my coaching work with individuals and teams. I have coached and support leaders to develop their key competencies such as communication, emotional intelligence, feedback, teamwork, empathy, congruency, resilience and mindfulness, among others.

I coach in English and in Spanish.

I love good food and red wine, I also enjoy traveling and hiking.
