As the Social Media Community Lead at Co-Active Training Institute, I hold the privilege of being "the voice" of this prestigious and well-established brand, concerned with global transformation, generating relationships at scale. I am a relationship and content marketing specialist, with a strong background in business growth consulting.In my first two years with CTI, I grew the social media following by 100X on Instagram alone, organically, through relationship and content marketing. Overall, on CTI’s four social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), our world-wide online community grew from 50,000 to 92,000, and continues to steadily grow, based solely on compelling content and relationship marketing.

I am responsible for organic digital marketing outreach via four (4) CTI official social media pages, growing community through daily global engagement.

Other roles and responsibilities of note:

  • I develop compelling content strategies, content curation, customer-facing conversations, which generate leads for leadership development and coach training programs offered by CTI.
  • I engage, in real-time, with our global audience in sales assists, customer service, and natural, conversational acknowledgement of those who are making a difference in the world, through their Co-Active leadership and coaching development experiences.
  • I am intimately engaged with our customer journeys, from beginning through to completion of our courses.
  • I assist and encourage brand new (“net-new”) community members to navigate through to program registrations, based on word-of-mouth referrals.
  • I hold our online, public-facing customer conversations at every level, throughout our programs, and beyond.
  • I also curate relevant alumni and faculty activities, which we selectively share to our global community.
  • I foster strong, lasting, loyal community relationships through Co-Active leadership and coaching endeavors, long after our community members have become certified.
  • I am a cross-functional team member, collaborating with our Marketing Director and various vendors, such as our Ad team, and CTI business units such as Customer Experience, Faculty Development, Certification, and Product Teams.
