I am a passionate leader and entrepreneur, leading with heart, trust, transparency and positive energy. Teamwork for me is a recipe for success and I am known to bring together people of all parts of the organization. I have over a decade of executive search experience, with specialization in C-Level executives across the Consumer practice, in different geographies.

Before joining the executive search industry, in 2007, I spent 15+ years as a corporate marketing executive at global multinational organizations including AB-Inbev, P&G, Coca-Cola and Kodak. Upon relocating to Chile, I became a regional CEO of Kodak. Later I served as Chief Executive Officer of Vina Estampa, a first-class boutique winery in Chile. 

I started an Executive Search company in Brazil called Southmark, we were acquired by CTPartners. When I moved to London I joined Korn Ferry and most recently I left the company to restart my career as a Business Coach. 

I hold 2 post-graduate degrees: Marketing and Finance from PUC Rio de Janeiro and a bachelor's degree in Literature. I also hold the Smith College Senior Executive Program in Northampton, MA, USA. Currently, I am doing the Business Coaching course at Meyler Campbell.

I am fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. I live in London with my family.

I am one of the Directors of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain and I am a member of the Women on Boards UK.
