Marisa is a Leadership Specialist and Executive Coach based in Boston. She has more than 25 years of international experience as a Consultant, Facilitator and Coach, partnering with leaders, teams and organizations to improve capabilities and performance.  She is experienced in consulting and coaching with new leaders, leaders in matrix organizations, and executives undergoing transitions such organizational restructuring, succession, and M&As.  She has worked with board executives, senior leaders and stakeholders of Fortune 500 companies, advising them on their talent and succession-planning needs across many countries, cultures and leadership levels.

Before joining Deloitte’s Leadership Practice, Marisa set up the first overseas office of Kaisen Consulting, a boutique consultancy of business psychologists specializing in the assessment and development of leaders. Marisa holds an M.Sc. in Occupational Psychology from Queen’s University Belfast and is a registered British Chartered Psychologist -- a benchmark of professional recognition which reflects deep expertise and psychological knowledge. She has provided highly customized assessment and personal coaching for over 500 senior executives and has designed a range of innovative and bespoke assessment and development interventions.  She is an active member of the American Psychological Association, the British Psychological Society, and the Association for Talent Development.
