Dr. Maynard Brusman is a consulting psychologist, executive coach and trusted advisor to senior leadership. Maynard is a recognized expert in mindful leadership and emotional intelligence. He believes coaching is a collaborative process of providing people with the resources and opportunities they need to self-manage, develop change resiliency, and become more effective. Utilizing instrumented assessments including the CPI 260, EQi-2.0, Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS, and MVPI) and 360’s - clients set clear goals, make optimal use of their strengths and take action to create desired changes aligned with personal and organizational values.

Dr. Brusman is a licensed psychologist in California, and certified by the International Coach Federation (PCC). Maynard is an instructor with The College of Executive Coaching. He lives in Marin County, California.

While a post-doctoral fellow in Psychological Services at the University of California in San Diego, Maynard developed and directed The Stress Resilience and Well-Being Center. For over thirty-five years, Dr. Brusman has consulted with and coached hundreds of company leaders in a number of industries including Education, Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Hospitality and Professional Services.
