Michael has a creative background, initially as an actor and BBC Presenter and then as a documentary filmmaker. He led large teams (both creative and technical) and delivered high-value projects on time, on budget, and with high ratings. Since then, Michael has completed an MBA, with published research into charismatic leadership, and a Professional Certificate in Coaching, both with Henley Business School. He has experience coaching financial, marketing, local government, pharmaceutical and of course creative industries. He still sometimes acts, most recently in the West End in Olivier Award winning Kinky Boots and on screen for Amazon, BBC and Channel 4.
