Michele Weston delivers customized solutions through Wellness Support Coaching that’s tailored to the unique needs of each client. Weston also provides professional medical groups and practitioners with workshops and lectures at medical symposiums for ongoing education to use Health & Wellness Coaching with their patients to create best whole-person/patient-centered care.

Weston is a firm believer in wellness coaching for creating lifestyle changes within a person’s behavior. Focusing and strengthening a client’s education is an important step. She believes the road to decide where and how clients/patients can bring change is a collaborative one, whereas the coach and coachee  work together as a team. Weston believes in honoring a client’s “gut or intuition”, examining their life experience, and embracing insight-readiness to create changes on a person’s life path.

As an expert and audience in chronic conditions herself, Michele specializes in creating lifestyle shifts for people in the areas of medically-managed weight-loss programs, including those exploring bariatric surgery,  as well as people who are  diagnosed with chronic neurological conditions in seeking ways to integrate complimentary medicine practices.

She’s a “connector” and with the myriad of experts she has established, and can point her clients towards an acupuncturist, biofeedback expert, physical therapist, integrative nutritionist, homeopathic expert, Pilates instructor and yoga bodywork therapist, psychological experts in chronic eating and neurological conditions and stress management using MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) techniques from Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Michele can assist her clients with healthcare education and empower patients to advocate for themselves. With an open heart, listening ear, humor, grace, and compassion – all traits useful in evaluating what you may need, she can help you to merge what YOU may need, want or perhaps envision from your medical teams to achieve better patient/physician relationships.  She guides patients in developing tools for success through the use of conscious nutrition choices, physical fitness goals, managing stress, meditation techniques and ways to attain more mindful living by asking her clients powerful questions that can unlock their intuitive strengths to begin to make positive changes.

Weston believes that “it takes a village” of caring experts and by blending biomedical professionals with integrative practitioners we strengthen the patient/client - to ensure that dignity, accountability, respect and compassion are addressed, first and foremost.
