Majority of the work experience is with global companies like PwC, Microsoft, GE & GoDaddy where she has been a high potential talent and has held senior leadership roles across India, UK and EMEA. She has been instrumental in building scalable processes to support business growth and leading and coaching teams to deliver results and customer impact. She has led strategy and planning for $1Billion business and has led P&L responsibilities of multi-million businesses including scaling teams from 12 to 550+ team members. She has been actively involved in diversity improvement initiatives, mentoring and coaching leaders to develop and grow to their full potential in their organizations. She an Engineer and MBA by education and also a certified business coach & a certified six sigma professional (Master Black Belt). On personal side, she is married to her best friend and is a doting mother to their lovely son, who is a professional squash junior player and an aspiring scientist. As a family, they love to travel and experience local cultures and cuisines. She is highly passionate about children education and wellbeing. She founded Meher foundation to support the cause and started with humble beginnings of sponsoring a child’s education with every client she onboards.
