A global organizational behavior consultant and an executive coach with over 25 years of experience in the corporate, education and non-profit sectors.  A proven track record in coaching leaders in business to cement their leadership style and business performance.  Using an appreciative approach that identifies and builds on strengths and preferences, 

Prior to founding Westwind Coach, Monica served as Executive Director of Human Resources and Co-Chair of the Diversity Council at The New England Media Group and The Boston Globe Newspaper owned by The New York Times Company.  

Monica has received her professional master coach training from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, one of the leading executive coaching certification organizations in the United States, and an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited program. Monica is a certified instructor in Herrmann Brain Dominance Inventory, Birkman, Lominger Architect and Lominger 360 and Team Management Systems and Civil Treatment. She has served on The Conference Board’s Council on Executive Coaching.

Monica holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Labor & Human Resource Policy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations.  She received her BA in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
