My professional life could be split in 3 main periods: 1) as an entrepreneur with the creation of 2 start-ups in Belgium and Switzerland and 2) an international manager where I was MD France and European VP for a fortune 500 company and 3) currently consulting and coaching.

I created a developmental framework called : "Designing pro-social relationship" which is my current area of interest.
