Nancy Harris is a respected global People & Culture Consultant and Executive Coach working at the intersection DEI, Leadership Development, and organizational transformation.

Nancy is the Founder of Restart Consulting where she advises social impact organizations and specializes in coaching women and underrepresented Executives. Nancy is a Facilitator for numerous leadership programs at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School for Executive Education, the host of The Intersection Podcast, and an inductee to the “Top 100 Under 50” by Diversity MBA Magazine.   

When Nancy is not working, you can find her dining with family and friends, walking along the Chicago lakefront with Tito (her Havanese pup), or practicing yoga.
