Nettie Spiwack has held a leading role in establishing development initiatives for over 100 global corporations, universities and non-profits in the areas of Leadership Development and Career Development.

She is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coach, and maintains a private executive and career coaching practice at mastercareerstrategist.com, and through aceup.com 

Author and designer of numerous major corporate-wide Talent Development program components, she has designed and conducted over 1200 seminars at all levels of the workforce, from the C-suite to the factory floor.

Called by her clients "a consummate coach", she has worked with more than 15,000 executives, managers and individual contributors in every kind of economy, company and corporate culture, in the US, Europe & Asia, to initiate and sustain a development culture.

As VP of Training & Development for The Career Development Team, Inc., she spearheaded large-scale authoring, development, customization and licensing of live and online programs and assessment software. Training and certification of HR professionals for licensed delivery resulted in her team's work reaching hundreds of thousands of employees.

Whether working with leaders to develop themselves or to motivate, develop and engage their employees’ talents toward the company’s goals, Nettie is known for her laser-like ability to cut to the chase about what really matters in a direct, humorous and engaging style—producing great insights and opening up individual and group transformations.

Her book, Coaching Development, Careers & Performance, was co-authored with Dr. Gerald M. Sturman, and used by global corporations for 18 years.

A major project to which she was a key contributor was a Finalist for SHRM's Global Human Capital Award in Strategic Leadership for "Strengthening Our Development Culture" initiative, 2008, featured in the November, 2008 issue of HR Magazine.

Nettie’s large-scale projects have included: AT&T, Baxter, Bayer, Colgate-Palmolive, Discover, Dow Chemical, Estee Lauder, Federal Reserve Bank of NY, Gillette, Hershey, Hewitt, Japan Management Association, Merrill Lynch, Motorola, Northwestern University, Southco, The New York Times, PPL, State Street, the US Army, and many others.

As a New Yorker inspired by the events of 9/11, in 2004, Nettie was ordained as an Interfaith Minister by The New Seminary in New York after a two-year program. She has brought people from diverse backgrounds on interfaith pilgrimages to India, Brazil & Israel, and teaches live and online seminars and retreats.

Nettie graduated Summa Cum Laude from Herbert H. Lehman College of the City University of New York. She has over 3000 hours of training in communication, development and human potential; including doctoral courses in energy medicine, studying with C. Norman Shealy, MD at Holos University Graduate Seminary.
