With a focus on executive coaching and equity centered leadership within the education sector, Dr. Booker has held several posts including executive leadership development coach and faculty instructor/teaching professor of organizational and educational leadership at the University of Pennsylvania - Graduate School of Education, Teachers College - Columbia University, and in the Department of School Psychology, Counseling and Leadership - Brooklyn College, City University of New York. Within the public service sector, Nikole currently supports advanced leadership development pipelines within the New York City Department of Education, Division of School Leadership designing and facilitating professional learning workshops, series, and programs for in-service and aspiring PreK-12 superintendents aligned to industry best practices, adult learning theory, and coaching competencies.
