Nina Bowman is an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership development consultant who works with leaders and leadership teams who want, and need, to be truly impactful in their roles. With over 20 years of strong business experience, coupled with a deep understanding of leadership development, her clients benefit from a practical and goal-oriented approach to the leadership development process.

She has extensive experience assessing and coaching senior and C-level leaders from across the globe and has trained and coached hundreds of individuals in a wide range of sectors, including professional services, financial services, technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and education. Specific areas of expertise include 360 assessments, executive presence, onboarding, strategic management and leadership, senior-level communication, emotional intelligence, executive endurance, and executive career transitions.

Nina is a contributing author to the HBR Guide to Coaching Employees and the HBR Guide to Thinking Strategically. She speaks and writes on career management and leadership topics.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in economics from Brown University. She received her leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University and is certified in several assessments, such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Leadership Circle Profile, EQ-i 2.0, Integrative Enneagram, and Conflict Dynamics Profile as well as programs such as Immunity to Change. She resides in the Boston, MA area.
