Pamela is an executive and leadership coach who brings wisdom gained from 20 years of corporate experience and her passion for unlocking a leader’s potential to address today's complex business challenges.  As a certified coach since 2004, she has worked with executives and high potential talent to stretch beyond what's comfortable into delivering solutions that maximize personal and organizational growth.  Her individualized coaching approach focuses on identifying the growth edge for her clients and guiding them to develop mindsets, strategies, and tools to fuel their success.

Throughout her career, Pamela has been astutely aware of leadership styles that led to innovation and breakthrough results.  As one of the first women in the competitive area of high technology sales in the mid 1980's, she pioneered multiple efforts to re-engineer critical business processes with GE and SAP. Additionally, Pamela partnered Sprint and PepsiCo to open new markets and introduce capitalism in a former communist country. She also led the team that designed and sold the first cloud computing implementation for IBM to GE.  Pamela became one of the first five Global Sales Managers for Sprint, the only woman in the group.

After being introduced to the field of professional coaching, Pamela played a vital role in the transformation of IBM’s sales culture by ensuring sales leaders developed strategic relationship management skills. She trained and coached managers to adopt a coaching approach to performance management and established a coaching program for women engineers to advance to executive positions.

Pamela has been a guest speaker at the Yale School of Management’ Advanced Leadership course and developed programs to address the needs of corporate women in the greater NYC area with Barnard College/Columbia University's Athena Center for Women’s Leadership.
