Paula Reid is a highly skilled leadership and executive coach as well as a seasoned executive search consultant. President of Fifth Gear Coaching, LLC and Reid & Company Executive Search, Ltd., She has more than 30 years of experience working with leaders across a variety of industries including technology, fashion, sporting goods, pharmaceuticals and professional sports. 

Having started her career in executive search, she worked with many leading brands on talent identification and development, organizational planning and competitive analysis. Her ability to ask insightful questions that challenged assumptions and opened new approaches to search, enabled her to evolve as a trusted corporate partner.  This passion for getting to the root of a challenge, supporting broader thinking and developing new ways to approach challenges is what lead her into coaching.  Armed with an ability to quickly connect with clients in an impactful manner, she has combined her vast work experience with formal coach training through Columbia University.
