Peter is a Founding Member of EMCC Asia Pacific Region and an ICF Associate Certified Coach. An academically-trained coaching practitioners with a Master of Arts degree (MA) in Coaching & Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University, UK, Peter is applying vast and remarkable life experiences and tactful life skills to coaching and mentoring top executives and clients in areas related to Sales & Customer Service, Organization Capability Building, Management Development, Career/Talent/Change Management as well as Addiction Recovery and Vocational Rehabilitation. 

An accomplished entrepreneur differentiated by the uncommon complements related to sales & marketing expertise, strong business acumen, and relentless drive for extraordinary results.  Skilled in providing investment advice to the UHNW, Business Negotiation, Business & Strategic Planning. Completed the Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the Ivey Business School, Western University,  Canada, in 2001.  Merged own company, Kleinwort Minkins Asset Management Limited, with Xinhua Finance Limited in 2003.  In the following year, the group became the first Chinese company to ever list on the Mother Board of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. 

Believing much in giving, Peter and his wife, Iris, donated a hospital on an acre of land, in Manigango, a small township in the Ganzi Prefecture in Sichuan Province, to the Hon. Rin Jin Thar Chhin Rinpoche, brother of His Eminence Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche for the purpose of providing nearby citizens with free consultations and medication administered by a group of Tibetan lamas/doctors. Presently dedicating much of his resources to coaching and helping individuals who are less resourceful including family members of dementia patients, inmates, and ex-offenders, and vocational rehabilitees, in combat against marginalization.

Peter is currently pursuing for a Doctor of Business Administration degree at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.  He shall research on the future trend of corporate coaching in Asia.  Following that he would conduct a study of the effect of the application of Recovery Coaching as a vocational intervention to promote reintegration in Hong Kong.
