As an HRM/HRD Consultant and a Business, Executive, and Recovery Coach, Peter employs his extensive and remarkable life experiences and adept life skills to coach and mentor top executives and clients in areas such as Sales & Customer Service, Organisational Capability Building, Management Development, Career/Talent/Change Management, and Vocational Rehabilitation. Having completed his M.A. in Coaching and Mentoring Practice in 2017, Peter has been proactive in promoting best practices in talent development, organisational design and development through coaching and group training. Peter is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Asia Pacific Region and a member of the Institute of Coaching. He was an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and served as the Vice President of its Hong Kong Charter Chapter in 2018.

Consistently a top-performing account executive, Peter provides a history of impressive sales results and experiences – even amidst intense competition and unpredictable economic conditions – acquired through composed representation of numerous Fortune 500 companies in sectors spanning manufacturing to the money market.

A proficient entrepreneur, Peter is adept in providing investment advice tailored for the Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals, Business Negotiation, and Business & Strategic Planning. He completed his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) at the Richard Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario, Canada in 2001. Peter merged his own investment brokerage firm, Kleinwort Minkins Asset Management Limited, with Xinhua Finance Limited in 2003 and subsequently became the first Chinese conglomerate to ever list on the Main Board of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2004.

Peter is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) in the UK. His dissertation thesis is titled " A Critical Analysis of the Challenges Emerging from Coaching Millennials in the Hong Kong Corporate Sector".

At present, Peter dedicates a significant portion of his resources to coaching and assisting individuals who are less fortunate, including family members of dementia patients and vocational rehabilitation clients.
