Peter works with leaders to affect change.  He brings significant international experience and insight having lived and worked in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.  He has held the most senior human resources roles and been a member of executive leadership teams at Deloitte and Baker McKenzie. He led the learning function for PwC Consulting in Asia Pacific having qualified as an accountant earlier in his career.  This extensive background means that Peter brings deep knowledge and expertise in helping people solve their most challenging and complex problems.

As a coach and consultant, Peter works with executive teams and senior executives.   Team coaching focuses on strategy, strategic alignment, and laying a path for success.  Individual coaching focuses on increased performance for people in-position and the seamless transitioning of executives to new and exciting roles. Peter also works with teams that are stuck or where something has gone wrong.  This important work involves active listening, increased understanding and acceptance, healing of past hurts, and agreeing a way forward.

The consulting work is focused on cultural change.  As a consultant, Peter designs and deliver programs that bring about sustained change in the quality of leadership, the quality of client relationships, and workplace culture.  He takes both a bottom up and a top down approach to change.  Bottom up because human engagement matters; top down because strategic direction matters.

Peter’s approach is wholistic. By developing a deep understanding of clients needs and aspirations he enables a clear-sighted understanding of who people are, where they want to go and how they are going to get there.  It’s an exciting journey.

He lives in New York.  He is most himself when running in Central Park on a Sunday morning.
