Raman Nanda is based out of Pune, India and works with businesses, owners and business leaders to help them achieve Growth and Transformation.
He is the Founder and CEO of STEP Transformations.
Raman is himself a Business Leader who has run businesses as well as successfully worked in key functions like Finance, HR, Global Business Development and in General Management across industries and organizations. This includes the Tata Group, Murugappa Group and a European MNC as the Country Head and President for India business. His earlier roles included several as Board member of many Tata group companies,as well as the main Industry Body in India for Automotive Components, ACMA on its Executive Committee. In between, he has served in start-ups as well as Family run businesses.
His current interest lies in working with individuals,families and organizations to achieve Growth through Change. While Coaching and mentoring Business Owners and CXOs, Raman works with them to harness their strengths and get to the depth of thoughts, beliefs,life experiences and issues which potentially come in the way of growth.
While engaging in Leadership Coaching and Business Coaching, Raman's style is to build common ground, comfort and chemistry with the client, to co-create a bigger and better reality in the future.
