Renee McLeod, Ph.D. is Founder and Principal Consultant of McLeod Leadership Performance Consulting, a firm offering executive succession, management due diligence, and related organizational talent advisory services including assessment and coaching. Prior to starting her own business, Dr. McLeod spent five years in various positions of increasing responsibility at Adient, the automotive seating spin-off from Johnson Controls. Most recently she was their Chief Human Resources Officer, a position she held beginning in 2019. Dr. McLeod has also spent time in talent management and human resources roles at Masco Corporation and TRW Automotive (now ZF Friedrichshafen AG). Prior to that, she was a consultant for Personnel Decisions International, now Korn Ferry. Dr. McLeod earned a doctorate degree in industrial and organizational psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wayne State University. She is Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for CARE House of Oakland Country, a non-profit child advocacy center serving abused and neglected children in Oakland County, Michigan.
