I develop influential STEMM* leaders and help them transition to C-level roles successfully by using cutting edge coaching programs. I also help senior leadership teams become high-performing teams. We're living through unprecedented technological changes transforming our world like never before. We therefore need to have more leaders with an intimate knowldege of science and technology in influential roles. Organisations are now looking for leaders who have more nuanced capabilities (eg, analytical and complex problem solving skills) to make better decisions; decisions which impact ALL stakeholders.
However, the journey to the top can be very challenging for many STEMM* professionals, often resulting in chronic high levels of stress, lack of career progression, relationship problems and ultimately, an unfulfilling life. This could be due to lack of Learning & Development support, misconceptions and biases about personality on both sides of the spectrum (STEMM* and non-STEMM*) and many other interrelated behavioural, cognitive and emotional factors.
As someone who went through many such challenges and overcame them through much (and often painful) trial and error, retraining in psychology, and sheer hard work, my mission now is to coach STEMM* leaders develop the necessary mental, emotional and behavioural strengths to transition to C-Suite roles.
As a STEMM* Leadership Coach, I bring a successful 25-year track record as a leader in the pharma and biotech industries, over 15 years coaching leaders and teams, and qualifications from top schools in psychology, business and science to help STEMM* leaders break through career obstacles, develop the right leadership capabilities and transition into the C-Suite.
