I am an experienced leader, coach, management consultant, facilitator and mentor, passionate about organisational development and people’s behaviour within the work context. Originally from the Netherlands, I grew up in Croatia, UK and USA, and later worked across Western Europe, USA, Asia and have been living and working in Australia since 2000.

My consulting experience, with focus on transformation and executive development has provided me with strong networks and results in frequent requests for assistance with  organisational change where executive cohort works with me on developing approaches and plans to deliver successful M&A projects.

As an executive coach, my philosophy centres on helping executives navigate periods of professional changes and challenges with self-awareness and compassion, based on EI. I am currently working as head of transformation for a cloud communications company with ambitious expansion plans in Asia Pacific.
