Selva is an O.D. and business psychology practitioner, and Board-Certified Leadership coach with a strong background in individual performance psychology, organizational dynamics, and business strategy. She has almost two decades of experience helping leaders improve their leadership capabilities through integrated awareness, emotional intelligence, and human connection.

She is dedicated to emergent human and leadership systems and promoting human development in organizations and has coached C-Suite, middle management, and high-potential leaders in multiple industries. Selva draws from her clinical psychology background, her business management experience, and her expertise in leadership assessment and development to generate deep insights, bringing about positive change. She applies a pragmatic, evidence-based, and goal-driven approach centered on the unique clients' needs, crafting a collaborative coaching journey with her clients. 

Selva held H.R. leadership roles with global companies such as Citigroup, Nuance, and Marriott Vacations. She began her consulting career as Senior Consultant and Leadership Practice Leader at Hewitt-AON, where she developed and implemented leadership development, psychometric assessments, and training programs with leading corporations in diverse industries. She also led the first Top Companies for Leaders Latin America research published by Fortune magazine. 

Selva holds a degree and license in Clinical Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, graduate studies in M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at California State University, and a Master in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She is a member of the Harvard Institute of Coaching and a member of the Society for Consulting Psychology at the American Psychological Association, where she is a Training and Development Committee member.
