Shana Montesol Johnson is a seasoned coach, facilitator, and organizational consultant. 

A Harvard-educated and International Coach Federation credentialed coach, Shana has personally worked with over 1,000 leaders through executive coaching or group learning programs. She has extensive experience catalyzing the growth of leaders within organizations of all kinds, including Fortune 500 corporations, global non-profits, and United Nations agencies.

Shana is a seasoned consultant with more than 20 years of experience in organizational and leadership development – including working for PwC Consulting and IBM. She has designed and facilitated learning experiences on topics such as leadership development, coaching skills, and navigating career transitions.

Having lived and worked internationally for half of her adult life, Shana brings a depth of global experience to her work. An American of part-Filipino descent who spent most of her childhood in Latin America, Shana relishes cross-cultural work and has coached clients from 35 nations in Asia, Europe, Africa, North and South America, the Middle East, and Australia. While based in the Philippines from 2004 to 2017, her coaching and facilitation work took her to China, India, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Singapore, Timor-Leste, and Thailand.
