Sile believes in building the capacity of those she works with using participatory, emergent and integrative approaches. Sile is committed to supporting co-developed solutions that are sustainable and sector appropriate, with lived experience central to solutions.

Sile is experienced working within the areas of organisational development, leadership, culture, organisational strategy, training and facilitation, people performance and employee engagement.

Sile completed her MSc thesis in "Understanding The Barriers and Facilitators to Systemic Psychodynamic Coaching in Organisational Development" with a nod to Dialogical Organisational Development.
