A French native, Simon Péneau is an ICF certified Leadership and Career Development Coach, and a Fellow member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital/ Harvard Medical School since July 2022.

An HR leader at a global science and technology company, he has held various HR Business Partnership and Talent Development roles throughout his 15 years of experience in Biotechnology, FMCG, Tech, Energy, Consulting, and Advertising.

Fluent in English, Italian, and French, he has lived and worked in 6 countries (US, UK, Spain, Cameroon, France, Italy).

Simon is also Adjunct Professor in Talent Management, Social Dialogue, and Business Ethics at the Paris School of Business (PSB), Advisor to several start-ups (Wellbeing and Personal Development, EdTech) and Vice-President of SFBML, a nonprofit, charity organization.

Simon holds a Postgraduate diploma in Organizational Leadership from Oxford University, a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, a M.Sc. in HR and Organizational Management from ESCP Business School (Paris), and an M.A. in Public Policy from Sciences Po Bordeaux (France).

Together with his wife Rossana and their two children, Lorenzo and Alice, they live in Milan, Italy.
